Contraindications to Primaquine

-Patients with glucose-6-phosphatase dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency or who have
not been tested for G6PD deficiency
-Pregnant women
-Breastfeeding women, unless the infant has tested negative for G6PD deficiency
