This Telemedicine practice is geared towards low-risk patients, who are planning to travel. If you are a higher risk patient, we recommend that you are seen by an in-person Provider before you travel. Check here to review Exclusions from this program. Reminder: This is an Asynchronous consult. You will not be meeting directly with our Physicians. You will submit your information for our Physicians to review and they will make recommendations and send prescriptions to your pharmacy. You must submit your Pharmacy information.
After you book an Asynchronous consultation, please check your email. You will receive an invoice that you can submit to your insurance. You will also receive a questionnaire about your past vaccinations and your upcoming travel plans. This questionnaire must be filled out before our Physicians can send in prescriptions. You will then receive an invitation to create a patient portal account with our electronic medical record.
