Exclusions

This includes the following patients:

● Under the age of 18 years old

● Currently not present in the state of Florida.

● Pregnant or breast-feeding

● Allergic to vaccines or something in vaccines (including eggs, Gelatin, Neomycin,

Polymyxin B, Streptomycin, Gentamicin,Thimerosal, or Yeast)

● Organ transplant recipients

● History of or current diagnosis of a malignant tumor or cancer

● History of Organ, Bone Marrow, or Stem Cell transplantation

● History of or current diagnosis of a thymus condition or thymectomy

● History of or current diagnosis of a primary immunodeficiency

● Using immunosuppressive and immunomodulatory therapies within the last 3

months (ie Radiation, Cancer Chemotherapy drugs, Methotrexate, Azathioprine,

Adalimumab, Anakinra, Etanercept, Infliximab, Leflunomide, Rituximab)

● Diagnosed with HIV

● Received treatment with steroids by mouth or IV within the last 3 months

● History of Splenectomy (Spleen removal)

● History of or current diagnosis of Myasthenia Gravis

● History of or current diagnosis of Guillain Barre Syndrome
